Hi! I’m Richelle
the owner and creative behind Rooted Willow. Flowers and artistry have always been a special part of my life. From when I was a young girl, I watched my mom pick up flowers from the market every Saturday and arrange them for the week. I saw the immense joy it brought to her and to our home. I was a gymnast most of my life and was very fortunate to enter into the artistic world of Cirque du Soleil once my competitive career came to a close. So how does a circus performer and flowers come together, one might ask? I had always kept flowers and arranging close to my heart. But it wasn’t until my own wedding that I realized how deeply my love for flowers ran. The transformation of our venue from a modern minimalist style, to a stunning and intimately warm and romantic setting blew my mind. It was the floral design that did it all…it created a magical feeling and experience that would last in our memories forever. That was when I knew I wanted to create for others. I look forward to working with you learning about your own vision, and cultivating an environment where you will feel blown away by the beauty of your special day.
